All students completing a master’s program or a certificate program are required to submit an application for graduation. Complete and submit the application to the Registrar's office.
February candidates must file an application by September 15
May and August candidates must file an application by January 25

Attention MS/MPH Students: Please complete a transcript reconciliation form and attach to the graduation application.
Attention JD/MPH Students: Please complete an application for graduation for the January 15th deadline during your year-long residency at Tufts University.The Registrar’s Office will keep this application on file and contact you when your graduation date is approaching with further details.
Attention BA/MPH Students: The 16 credits from your undergraduate Tufts transcript should already appear as transfer credits on your PHPD transcript. If they do not, please contact the Registrar’s Office.
